Tongbai Huaiyuan Scenic Area

　　Tongbai Mountain is the cradle of the thousand miles long Huaihe River, one of the four major rivers in ancient history of China. Tongbai Huaiyuan Scenic Area is characterized by its rolling mountain ranges, deep and serene valleys, flying waterfalls and gurgling streams, verdant forest trees, luxuriant vegetation, various animal and plant species, and numerous natural scenic sites. Meanwhile, it is a converging place of different culture-embodied relics, such as the folk culture of Pan Gu (Creator of universe in Chinese methodology), the origin of Huaihe River, the culture of Buddhist morality and the relic of Chinese Soviet Area. It is a three-star tourist site.
