河南天冠企业集团有限公司是国家大型一档企业、国家520家重点企业和河南省50家重点企业集团之一，同时也是全国四大燃料乙醇定点生产厂家之一，是行业内唯一进入国家循环经济试点企业和行业内唯一国家批准设立博士后工作站单位。
公司固定资产28亿元，下属12个生产厂，5个全资子公司、5个控股子公司和一个国家级工程技术中心及一个省级生物燃料工程技术研究中心。产品涉及生物能源、生物化工、有机化工、精细化工、饮料酒、工业气体、电力等七大门类，主要产品有燃料乙醇、酒精、冰醋酸、醋酸酯、总溶剂、白酒、啤酒、黄原胶、谷朊粉、全降解塑料、DDG饲料、二氧化碳、沼气等40余个品种，产品总量达100万吨以上。拥有目前国际上最大的105万吨/年小麦制粉加工生产线、最大的7万吨/年谷朊粉生产线，30万吨燃料乙醇生产装置是国际上最大级别装置之一，同时拥有亚洲最大的工业沼气工程。随着集团公司控股的国家重点工程30万吨燃料乙醇项目的投产达标，集团年销售收入35亿元，税利2.8亿元。

天冠集团坚持以科技为支撑，注重科研开发和高新技术应用，近年来共获得科研成果124项，国家级17项、省部级56项，重要发明专利和专用技术16项，多项成果在全国同行业推广。

Henan Tian Guan Group Co., Ltd is a first-class large-sized domestic enterprise, one of the 520 key enterprises in China and the 50 key conglomerate companies in Henan Province. Besides, it is also one of the four designated fuel ethanol manufacturing companies in China, the only pilot enterprise of circular economy inside the profession designated by the state and the only company inside the profession which has established the postdoctoral working station under the ratification of the state.
With fixed assets totaling 2.8 billion RMB, the company has 12 manufacturing plants, 5 wholly owned subsidiary companies, 5 share-holding subsidiary companies, a state-level engineering and technological center as well as a provincial level bio-fuel engineering and technological center. Its products contain such 7 categories as biological energy, biochemical engineering, organic chemical engineering, sophisticated chemical engineering, alcoholic beverage, industrial gases, and electricity. Main products of the company involve 40 kinds, for example, fuel ethanol, (ethyl) alcohol, glacial acetic acid, acetate ester, general solvent, wine, beer, xanthan gum, gluten powder, fully degradable plastic, DDG feed, Carbon Dioxide, methane, etc. The total production volume amounts to more than 1 millions tons a year. The company also boasts the largest industrial methane project in Asia, and one of the largest fuel ethanol-manufacturing equipment in the world. With 300,000 tons of fuel ethanol production project going into operation and meeting the required standard, the company’s annual sales volume hits 3.5 billion RMB, of which taxes and profits amount to 280 million RMB.
Tian Guan Group upholds science and technology as the backbone of its development, and attaches great importance to the development of scientific research and the application of new and high-tech. In recent years, the company has attained 124 items of scientific research, of which 17 are at the state level, 56 are at the provincial and ministerial level, 16 are patents for invention and special-purpose technologies. Many an achievement in scientific research has been popularized throughout the nation.
In recent years, the company has established such development strategies as “taking agricultural products as the basis, taking biological energy as the lead, and taking comprehensive utilization and sophisticated processing as its two wings”. With green, recyclic and sustainable development as the notion, and under the drive of new and high-tech, the company takes biological energy as its core business and dedicates itself to the all-round, integrated, large-scale and systematic development and circulatory use of agricultural products by means of developing the product value at hierarchical levels and optimizing natural resources, with a view to building the largest domestic base for the comprehensive processing and transformation of agricultural products, for the research, development and production of biological energy products, as well as the pilot base for circular economy and sustainable development. All these moves are aimed at achieving the diversification of products under the chain of comprehensive and deep processing of agricultural products, establishing a brand-new circular industrial products system involving agricultural products resources, biological energy products, and renewable resources, forging out a road of new industrialization, and achieving the development of agricultural industrialization and the upgrading and reformation of traditional industries of our country.
